Hello Treasurers,

Day one started off good with a presentation from Jeff Sikes,AAC Legislative Director, on how to do legislative research.After a break, Mr. Jerry Spratt of Legislative Audit, came back to talk to us about employee theft.

Day 2 started with our famous round table discussions. I believe they were the best we have had yet! After the break, we had association business with one of the items being the nominations of new association officers for the next 2 years. Alvin Black, nominating committee chair, read the list of nominees, and I think the list has a lot of good choices! Election of these officers will be in our June meeting.

Don't forget that Scholarship applications can be downloaded from this website and must be turned in by June 1st. Also,Legislative ideas must be sent to Roger Haney by April 1st.

I hope to see everyone in June!!
